NOTICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE INFORMATION

How exciting!

Your Notice Of Intended Marrige (NOIM) is the most important legal document required for your marriage. You can’t be legally married without a NOIM.

Lets get started!
Person 1, please answer all questions in the form, upload all required documents and submit. You will receive a confirmation page and a link to a new form for Person 2 two. You can also access the NOIM questions at any time via the link in the “Time to complete you NOIM” email.

  • Answer all questions
  • Double check all names are spelled correctly
  • Upload all required documents
  • All uploads must be clear and in colour
  • Please double check your answers before submitting

When I’ve received answers and documents from both of you, I’ll have your NOIM completed and ready to go for our meeting.
When we meet I’ll view the originals of the documents you uploaded and witness your signatures.

Please holler if you have any questions.
