I’m looking forward to meeting with you to complete the first step of your Legal Document Marriage.
Please take a moment to read ALL the information below to be sure your appointment can proceed as planned.
IMPORTANT Legal Requirements
Before proceeding It’s important that you understand the legal requirements of being married in Australia before booking our appointment.

Documents Required
So I can prepare your legal documents for our first meeting you will receive an email called ‘The Legal Stuff’ containing a link to submit information about yourself and to upload your identity documents.
You are also required to bring your original ID documents with you to our first appointment. All documents must be submitted in English and if not, they must be accompanied by an accredited English translation.
- Birth certificate
- Drivers Licence
- Passport
- Evidence of any name changes If applicable
- Proof of the end of any previous marriages If applicable
I am required by law, to sight the originals of these documents when witnessing and signing your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). I can not marry you without these documents.
What happens next?
When I receive your first appointment booking you’ll receive the following ‘homework’ emails containing next steps, easy-to-follow instructions and due dates.
